Tilly, a.k.a. Running For Crayons graduated in 2006 with an MA in Sequential illustration. Since graduating she has drawn constantly in her studio by the sea and has worked on a varied range of commissions from editorial, publishing and advertising. Her style combines a love of detailed line and white space and her illustrations often tell stories of scenes taken from everyday life. She invents characters full of humour and charm, fondly referring to them as her made up friends.
